Construction
Steel, made of closed sections, channel sections and cold-bent angle sections ( colour to be chosen), external dimensions of single office unit: length: 6000mm, width 2500mm, height: 2850mm.
Floor
Ground beams – steel close section; steel galvanized sheet 0,5mm – suspension of isolation; glass wool(URSA) 100mm; chipboard OSB-3 18 mm, PCV floor covering, skirting board.
External walls
Trapezoidal coated steel sheet (white, to be chosen), wooden frame, glass wool (URSA) 100mm, vapur barrier – polyethylene foil 0,15 mm, smooth white laminated chipboard 12 mm, PCV skirting boards.
Flat roof
Galvanized trapezoidal sheet, glass wool (URSA) 150 mm, vapour barrier – polyethylene foil 0,15 mm, smooth white laminated chipboard 12 mm, PCVskirting boards, PCV gutter.
External door

Electrical system
Power supply 220/380V, switching station equipped with differential-current switch, electrical system switches, conductors according to the requirements placed in trays, fittings-double sockets, fluorescent lamps, lighting switches.
Office units sets
Basic module may be connected laterally, frontally and by building floors. We will divide the bigger space obtained in this way into smaller rooms for example into: conference room, office, kitchen, bathroom.
Additions
At the request of the customer we will install electric al heating system, external lighting, telephone installation, window shutters.
Other
We realize orders which are special because of the dimensions and internal and external finish of the office unit. At your request we can make a façade, which will make the set of office units look like a traditional building.
